For more information visit them at woodhousespas.com. The Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering orientation tours, explaining spa amenities, and addressing guests questions. They maintain cleanliness standards throughout the locker rooms and common spaces to provide an exceptional guest experience and ensure spa essentials like towels, robes, and toiletries are consistently stocked and easily accessible. Primary Responsibilities: Being a steward of the Woodhouse brand. Effective communication skills. Headset radio worn all shift. Restocking areas as needed - turning over the spa behind all guests and staff. Completing projects as assigned - deep cleaning, etc. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and carry out instructions. Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the front desk. Responsible for reporting maintenance concerns and work orders as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other team members, and managers, and interact with guests. Must have the flexibility to work Sundays. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Needs to be over 21 years of age with our liquor license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism. Ability to pivot and navigate through change management. Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting. Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and verbal) Ability to operate standard and industrial appliances. In this position, you will: Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards. Have access to a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment. $16.66 per hour with pay raises based on quarterly reviews and CO minimum wage Physical Demands: Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. throughout the full shift 8000 square foot spa that is two stories with stairs. Ability to move between the two floors using the staircase consistently throughout one's shift is required. Extensive amount of walking. Required Availability: Spa Attendant shifts are scheduled 9:00am to 1:00pm OR 1:00pm to 6:00pm (7 days per week) Part-time available currently (approximately 20 hours per week) Woodhouse policy is mandatory to work weekends (either one weekend day per weekend or every other weekend)
