**Job Description:**
**_About the Role:_**
As a Maintenance Storeroom Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams at our Princeton, KY facility - a manufacturer of high-quality private label crackers.
This position is responsible for managing the plant's maintenance storeroom operations to ensure materials, tools, and spare parts are properly stocked, organized, and readily available. You'll help keep production running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely part availability across the plant.
**_You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
+ Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording all incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
+ Issuing and documenting maintenance parts through SAP or other computerized maintenance systems.
+ Creating and processing purchase requisitions for stock replenishment and new part needs.
+ Maintaining an organized, clean, and compliant storeroom environment in accordance with GMP and safety standards.
+ Performing regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; identifying and correcting discrepancies.
+ Labeling, organizing, and storing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins to optimize space utilization.
+ Collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure parts are available for scheduled and emergency work.
+ Supporting work order accuracy by updating issued parts, labor hours, and completion status in CMMS or SAP.
+ Assisting in maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) systems as required.
+ Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, maintaining certification as required.
+ Participating in safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Performing other duties as assigned.

Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. Responsibilities:
Answer general questions from guests
Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel's standards prior to guest arrival
Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
Qualifications:
Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position

Responsibilities
Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid's Club area.
Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs.
Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities.
Project a positive friendly and caring attitude always while interacting with children and their parents.
Maintains that the Kid's Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards.
Report any child health concerns to Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required.
Verifies all parents receive copies of the Kid's Club policies.
Qualifications
Patience in dealing with children and customers.
Willing to obtain state-specific certifications.
Childcare experience preferred.

The Laundry Attendant maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. Performs all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering. Cleans laundry machinery and laundry area.

Fold linens/towels and stock linen carts, as required.
Always practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests and fellow employees.
Sweep and mop laundry floors storing all linens off the floor.
Be familiar with all Avion Hospitality's policies and house rules.
Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts.
Keep laundry carts clean and free of debris.
Stocks all linen closets throughout the hotel, as applicable.
Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
