Process child enrollment applications and paperwork for children in the Community Center programs. accept and process program fees using the kiosk and billing families for Community Center programs. Maintain the inventory of all snack bar. Securely maintain all unsold inventory. Manages inventory and prepares requisitions for ordering supplies as needed. Maintain the office area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner. Helps to oversee program-related functions of the Community Center to ensure adherence to The Salvation Army's policies and procedures. Request, issue, and monitor the return of athletic equipment and recreation games: check equipment for proper care and use. Community Center Coordinator in filling coaching and other program positions within the Community Center. Assists with advertising and promoting all Alhambra Campus program activities within the Community Center. Provide tutoring to struggling students in the Basketball program. Monitor student success by report card, parental discussion, and Coach participation.
