Primary Duties:
Property Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night, ensuring safety and security.
Guest Services: Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns.
Laundry Duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property. Perform room preps for any rooms that housekeeping was unable to clear during day shift.
Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.

Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.80 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

JOB OVERVIEW - HOUSEKEEPER/ROOM ATTENDANT

A TYPICAL DAY:
Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.
Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.

Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
Clean multiple rooms each day.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. Clean and maintain kennel, play and common areas.
Prepare meals, follow preparation procedures and documentation protocols regarding all feedings.
Perform bathing and grooming services including baths, nail trimmings, ear cleanings, etc.
Communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

The money room personnel are responsible for the collection, counting, and balancing of the terminal contents in accordance with the WHR company procedures.
GENERAL
Punctuality: Critical to report for duty 5 minutes before the commencement of the shift.
Attendance: to maintain the correct level of attendance. Continuous absenteeism will not be tolerated as it affects colleagues and the whole operation.
Appearance: to maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times in accordance with the procedures and the requirements of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES * Cleans and dusts walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows
* Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floor of all areas of club, including locker rooms, weight area, cardio, office space, hallways, stairs, etc.
* Cleans and dusts all weight and cardio equipment
* Restocks supplies
