Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Accurately complete requisition and order coding, to maintain established par amounts.
* Pick-up daily order and record transfers.
* Keep bar cart clean and sanitary at all times. Keep storage areas clean and orderly.
* Properly sanitize blender up, strainer, knives and pour spouts.
* Pour accurate amounts of liquor and other beverages.
* Transact the sale of snacks and beverages, accurately operating cash register.
* Cook hot dogs.
* Load cart with food and beverages. Empty cart nightly.
* Complete closing reports and counting of cash for the bank deposit.
* Monitor alcohol consumption and behavior of guests.
* Be familiar with Hyatt and Lodge room charges.
* Ensure general housekeeping, including cleaning of fixtures, appliances, counters, sweeping of Grill and patio.
* Assist with special events as needed.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
* Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety, health and general policies and procedures.
