* Performs all regulatory and assigned cabin duties with constant attention to guests while providing a safe and comfortable onboard experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or GED, with at least two years of customer service experience.
* Must be 20 years of age by the date of the first interview.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* Additional years of customer service experience, preferably in an aviation environment.
* Previous Flight Attendant experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Possess polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Must be willing to serve alcoholic beverages.
* Must be able and willing to serve and handle peanuts, meals containing shellfish/seafood, beef and pork.
* Able to work with animals and around other allergens and products.
* Pursuant to Republic's Flight Attendant Style Guide, i.e. Dress Code, tattoos are NOT permitted on the face (includes the front of one's face from their ears forward, including the underside of one's chin and cheeks), neck (area down to where a uniform shirt collar would clearly and consistently cover), and hands (includes both the tops and palms of one's hands and fingers, up through the wrist bone). Tattoos in non-prohibted areas must not be visible at any time while in uniform.
* Must have a wingspan of approximately 55 inches or greater to reach and safely operate all necessary equipment on the aircraft.
* For safety reasons must have the ability to sit in the Flight Attendant jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without extender or other modification that may harm the integrity of the harness. For reference purposes only: The lap belt measurement is 50 inches when fastened and the shoulder harness measurement is 40 inches when fastened.
* Must not have multiple piercings visible while in uniform.

The following sets forth the principal duties required for the job that are normally to be performed. Issue material under proper authorization; process and file required records which may include picking up, hauling and delivering materials and operating Company automotive equipment such as cars and trucks.
Check received material for quantity; make visual inspection for identity, breakage, and condition; initiate and process material receipt and related records.
Report irregularities and abnormal conditions
Identify, sort and record material returned; place usable material in stock, and sort non-usable material into scrap containers; record applicable information and process related records
Operate computer terminals and printers supporting a materials management system, and other office equipment such as calculators, scanners etc.
Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including preparation of required shipping papers and other related records. This may include shipping and receiving hazardous material, such as gasoline, oil, oil containing PCB, and lead-acid batteries under required safety and environmental procedures.
Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklift trucks, low lift trucks, hoists, overhead cranes, order pickers, or any other equipment as required.
Assist supervisor with maintaining efficient storage of materials, rearrangement or change of bins and racks, and making material location changes.
Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels based on current requirements through inventory cycle counts; perform discrepancy adjustments with appropriate approval and process all associated records.
Assist employees of equal or higher classification.
Perform similar or less skilled work.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with infants/toddlers/preschool age children and/or Infant/Toddler/Preschool CDA preferred, but not required.
Complete pre-employment physical and drug screening; complete BCI and FBI background check.
Must be physically capable of working with young children including the ability to lift, see, and hear children at all possible times.
Must be insurable under the agencys policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with ODJFS Child Care Licensing, SUTQ, and Head Start Program and Performance Standards. This includes completing a minimum of 15 hours of professional development annually.
Adhere to the program Confidentiality Policy/Statement.
Mandated reporter of Child Abuse and Neglect.
Must have knowledge of child development principles and appropriate discipline techniques.
Always maintain proper supervision of children; employ active supervision techniques.
Assist child with bathroom procedures; perform diapering duties as necessary.
Assists with the implementation of health, emergency procedures and first aid. Respond appropriately to crisis or emergency situations.
Assist with the implementation of the daily schedule, lesson plan, and care giving routines for an individual child; this may include providing individualized opportunities for the child outside of the large group setting, accompanying the child within the building to other therapies, supporting the child as they transition to and from the bus and the playground, supporting the child during nap and meal times.
Assist with the implementation of IEP and other therapy goals and participate in planning meetings to develop/revise these goals.
