Provide assistance to members and guests of the golf facilities from arrival to departure of golf course. Ensures Members and Member's guests are welcomed and attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner. Provide assistance with golf club and/or personal effects of the guest. Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette. Ensures the clean and orderly appearance of the golf facility throughout the day by continually servicing the practice range, target greens, putting greens, chipping areas, and cart staging area. Observe on-course pace of play and coordinate pace of play with starter and other rangers. Assist golfers with information that may help them play the course such as rules, yardage markers, location of rest stations, areas to avoid with carts, etc. Assist with special events and ensure members and guests are following safety procedures Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies Ensure all equipment and areas are clean and working properly before giving them to members and guests Assist golf shop staff in preparing for and running tournaments, clinics and other special events. The Parking Gate Attendant is responsible for managing the parking management system for resort entrances and exits, responding to intercom calls, verifying guest and vendor credentials, and maintains accurate incident reporting. As a key extension of the security department, the operator upholds guest service standards while protecting resort assets and maintaining traffic flow during daily operations and high-volume events. Position Requirements * Professional demeanor appropriate for a resort environment. * Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment. * CPR, First Aid and AED Certifications, preferred. * Minimum of six (6) months' experience in a high-volume capacity, or luxury hotel/resort atmosphere preferred. * Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Position Summary We're excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites & service spaces. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best in sports & entertainment services. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends. Knowledge, skills & experience: * Work independently when required using your own initiative. * Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience * Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. * Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge. * Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment. Responsibilities * Responsible for food & beverage service within in the suites * Must demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders. * Responsible for ensuring all necessary equipment and pre-ordered food & beverage items ordered are stocked to proper levels in the suite prior to the Event. * Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing and preparation. * Responsible for recording a guest's order and relaying to the Suite Catering Captain or Manager. * Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests. * Assist runners when needed to ensure food is brought to pantry on time for delivery. * Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary. * Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the Event. * Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas. * Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance. Qualifications Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred. Strengthened by our Differences. The Funeral Attendant will set up and assist with viewings, funeral services, memorial services, transfer of remains from the place of death to the funeral home, and other tasks associated with funeral and memorial services as assigned by management. Overview & Responsibilities: Assists the funeral director with a variety of tasks during funerals and visitations to ensure that services run smoothly Maintains a friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location Assists in the movement of the casketed deceased and other related items in and out of visitation area funeral home chapel, church, or other places of service Drives the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles in the funeral cortege and other funeral related activities Requirements & Qualifications: Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service to customers Availability to work weekends, evenings, and days on an on-call basis as needed Strong communication skills and high levels of compassion and integrity Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a team player Ability to lift 75lbs safely Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
