Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Rotating 12-hour shifts; physically demanding and working outside in a very dusty environment.
Take a personal interest in personal and team safety. Continuously look for ways to improve safety and assist others with the same.
Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheet and report problems immediately to Control Room Supervisor.
Correct all malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment within your ability and re-port any safety hazards if corrections cannot be made.
Regular communication with Control Room Supervisor is required to identify or anticipate is-sues, allowing quick mitigation or prevention of plant issues
Make all repairs that are needed within your capabilities.
Do any cleanup that is necessary to have a better and safer working environment.
Utilize all safety equipment, personal or otherwise, required by the company and follow all company guidelines relating to the safety standards. Attend all safety meetings as scheduled.
Safe and proper operation of plant mobile equipment; to include but not limited to front end loaders, skid steer loaders, man-lifts, dozers, forklifts, and utility vehicles. This includes inspection of each piece of mobile equipment. Completion of inspection sheet is required.
Taking accurate and reliable silo measurements as required.
Complete a weekly lubrication and oiling route.
Maintain 5S areas and 5S boards.
This job requires shift work, callouts, scheduled and unscheduled overtime, weekend and holiday work. Work schedule may be adjusted on short notice. The rotation is 12-hour shifts with a turnover period.
Continuously improve knowledge of production processes.
Perform all tasks assigned by the Control Room Supervisor.

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Concessions Attendants to join our team and help deliver an exceptional fan experience at Benchmark Internaional Arena. In this role, you will be the face of our concessions operations, responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and handle food and beverage transactions with a positive attitude will contribute directly to memorable event experiences for our fans.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for every guest. The Attendant will operate the Point of Sale system/cash register and collect money for purchased food and beverage items. The Concessions Attendant must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.50-$15.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting guests and taking orders for food and beverage products.
Responsible for preparing simple foods and beverages utilizing the company recipes and portion standards. Maintain the highest quality standards and portion consistency.
Responsible for accepting payment from guests and making change as necessary.
Responsible for keeping the work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards.
Responsible for memorizing the product menu available at each concession location.
Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of the event.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Additional duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/ormanagement staff for the successful outcome of an event or customer service situation.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
