Job Description
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with company and departmental standards.
Job Functions
Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to company and departmental standards including but not limited to:
Changing bed linens
Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
Dusting hard surfaces
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
Stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.

The Guest Room Attendant works as part of the housekeeping team at the hotel. Job duties involve cleaning up to 15 guest rooms per day.

Position Summary
The Buffet Attendant supports food service operations during music festivals by ensuring buffet stations are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for maintaining food safety standards, assisting guests with buffet selections, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a seasonal role from September 15, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00
This position will remain open until December 19, 2025.
Responsibilities
Set up, maintain, and replenish buffet stations throughout the event.
Ensure food is presented neatly and attractively according to service standards.
Monitor food levels and communicate with kitchen staff when items need to be replenished.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
Keep buffet areas clean, organized, and free of spills or hazards.
Assist guests by answering questions and providing guidance on buffet offerings.
Break down and clean buffet stations after service.
Support the overall food & beverage team as needed.
Qualifications
Prior food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume festival environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Position Overview
The Guest Services Attendant ensures each guest has an excellent experience by providing superior service in from arrival to the departure. The Attendant reports to the Head Golf Professional and works closely with all club staff to create an unrivaled guest experience.
