Laundry Duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain clean and organized laundry area. Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property. Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met. Other Duties as Assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred. Proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills.
