Supervises dormitory activities. Investigates reports of misconduct and attempts to resolve or eliminate causes of conflict. Must nurture and care for both boys and girls and support their efforts in developing maturity. Must teach by example. Assist in creation of a safe haven for residents and develop a caring environment for both boys and girls. Support remedies and understand problems caused by a dysfunctional home life which may include abuse, alcoholism, drug addiction, violence and manipulation. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides supervision as directed by the dormitory supervisor.
