POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Springs and Pool Attendant is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience across all springs and pool areas. This includes the reception areas, waiting lounges, locker rooms, linen storage, and private and communal pools. Attendants are responsible for prepping and servicing pool areas, restocking lockers with appropriate amenities, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and ensuring consistent linen flow through coordination with the laundry team.
Routine duties include trash removal, linen pickup, sweeping and tidying shared areas, skimming pools, and cleaning and organizing spa linen storage and workspaces. Attendants are expected to engage actively and positively with guests, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and restorative soaking environment. Attendants welcome guests at the Main Bathhouse, direct how to use lockers, provide towel exchange, and answer questions. A high level of attentiveness, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence is essential. Attendants will cross-train with Locker Room Cleaners and Spa Attendants to assist each other when needed.
Responsibilities
Restock linen storage areas with towels, linens, paper goods, and supplies per established levels and checklists.
Oversee clean linen distribution to needed areas. Process dirty linens.
Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.
Replenish the spring's water dispensers throughout the day so they are always filled and cups are available.
Sweep and clean outdoor spa entrances and sitting areas.
Follow verbal instructions and written checklists for daily operations.
Keep springs, reception areas, relaxation lounges, and pool decks tidy (e.g., straighten chairs, fluff pillows, empty trash, and collect wet towels).
Escort guests to steam showers, pools, and private pools in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Stay aware of guests requiring assistance due to dehydration, dizziness, or other issues.
Maintain and clean Private Pools, drink stations, and surrounding areas throughout all operating hours.
Be mindful of private pool appointment start times and call-out times. Follow the schedule.
Complete all cleaning and closing duties for the springs, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
Initiate and support spring closures due to lightning or other biohazard events.
Utilize downtime effectively to complete checklists and assist where needed.
Assist with monthly supply inventory.
Assist with quarterly linen inventory.
Report guest concerns or facility issues to the Springs Managers and Ambassadors promptly.
Provide support in other areas of the Spa and Springs as needed through cross-training.
Maintains pools with frequent skimming, staying attentive to any water quality issues and reporting immediately to management any variance from norm.
Open and close springs areas per established checklists or verbal instruction.
Prepare, organize, sanitize, and program wristbands daily.
Program all lockers each morning with the assigned wristbands.
Learn the Springs and Spa software to be aware of guest appointments throughout each shift.
Report for work in the department's issued uniform. Wear your name tag.

Qualifications

Summary of Essential Duties
The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while delivering a high level of customer service in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
