JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Gate Attendant serves as the evening and weekend contact to owners and guests providing general information, check-in assistance, and first-class customer service. The Gate Attendant is responsible for securing all common areas on the property. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with AGM and Operations Supervisor to establish and maintain an efficient and accurate gatehouse operation. Ensure all entries to the Resort are authorized. Verify credentials, passes, reservations, and guide vehicles to the appropriate areas as needed.
