As a 50/50 Raffle Seller, you will be responsible for engaging with fans, explaining the raffle rules, and selling raffle tickets throughout the stadium during Kansas City Current home matches and other designated events. What will you do?
Actively engage with fans throughout the stadium concourse, seating areas, and designated selling locations to promote and sell 50/50 raffle tickets.

Process cash and cashless transactions for raffle ticket sales using provided equipment (e.g., handheld POS devices).
Maintain accurate records of all sales and ticket numbers.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, representing CPKC Stadium and the Kansas City Current in a positive light.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful raffle operation.
Assist with the distribution of winning information or direct winners to the appropriate location.

Identify jackpots to be paid and complete them accurately.
Observe activity and report anything that could be associated with a particular slot cheating method.
Be familiar with Title 31 guidelines, and understand and utilize suspicious activity reports for casinos (SARC) when necessary.
Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel; seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
Ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
Utilize open body language to guests on the casino floor while patrolling; politely speak with and assist guests as needed.
Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standards.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner, and encourage others to do the same.
Use screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot-related tools and supplies.
Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's KC and departmental management.
Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
One year of direct customer contact experience is preferred.
Professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
Knowledge of basic slot machine functions and ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
