ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Communications liaison for line attendants to back of house Cooks.

Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the line to company standards.
Relay guest compliments and/or complaints to management in order to reduce waste, increase revenue and increase customer service.

Directly supervises line attendants on a daily basis. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
