CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION Example of Duties: Supervises part-time staff. Operates ice equipment. Assists in running "Learn to Skate". Watches over ice skaters (on the ice, while skating), ensuring safe activity. Operates POS cash register and adheres to cash handling policies. Opens and closes the facility. Provides great customer service. Interacts with customers and coworkers in a pleasant and professional manner. Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area. Performs basic cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and trash removal). Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Essential Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to skate. You must meet these Minimum Training and Experience requirements: 18 years of age 8th grade education. Valid driver's license. Some recent supervisory work experience. Some recent cash handling and customer service work experience. Preferred: Operation of ice equipment.
