Qualified candidates must have completed Cabin Attendant training through Aircare FACTS or FlightSafety International within the past 12 months and hold a current CPR/AED certification. The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for passenger welfare, delivering the highest standards of cabin safety, service, and hospitality throughout all phases of flight. This is a four-pilot account operating a brand-new Embraer Praetor 600 equipped with the latest aviation technology. The aircraft is supported by one dedicated Cabin Attendant and operates approximately 300 flight hours annually under Part 91, with an additional 150 hours of retail charter flying under Part 135, supporting both domestic and international missions. This is not a commutable position. Candidates must reside within a two-hour drive of Wilmington, DE. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinates preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of the emergency equipment, cleanliness of the cabin, stocking of the aircraft, and proper catering orders onboard. Reportable to the assigned Pilot in Command for all trip duties. Comply with all Federal Air Regulations (FARs). Ensure passenger compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain proficiency and currency as a Part 91 or Part 91/135 qualified crewmember. Conducts emergency/service brief before each leg and ensures that the cabin is secure prior to taxi. Comply with General Operations Manual, company policies and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers. Primary Duties: Front Office Operations: Daily property operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins. Review and approval of front office paperwork and reports. Guest Services: Ensuring guest needs are met. Conduct tours for potential guests and close sales. Fulfill special guest requests (e.g., linen exchanges). Laundry Duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain clean and organized laundry area. Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property. Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met. Other Duties as Assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred. Proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proactive in solving problems. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
