Customer Service:
Greet Members and guests in a professional and personable manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.

Food and Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals as per menu specifications.
Ensure all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of shortages.
Assist with inventory control and restocking shelves.
Receive and put away deliveries.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar or café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Perform routine cleaning tasks and periodic deep cleaning.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other snack bar staff, golf course personnel, and other CCL staff.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and supplies.
Assist with special events and catering services as needed.
Shifts Available:
Hours for the snack bars vary based on daylight and the tee sheet and can range from Monday-Sunday 7:00am-6:30pm

Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.

Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Complete setup and removal of the breakfast and all of its standards
Is willing to or could obtain proper food handling certificates
Is fully knowledgeable of food being served
Maintains and is neatly attired at all times in the required uniform and nametag
Maintains a professional and congenial attitude
Checks the breakfast area for neatness, cleanliness, proper set-up, and backup supplies
