JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Funeral Services
Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services such as dressing casket, adjusting deceased clothing and jewelry, and transporting casket through hallways. May assist with lifting deceased
Prepare rooms for a variety of services including but not limited to setting up and cleaning chairs, tables, icons, guest books, flowers, keepsakes, mementos, casket, and urn
Greet visitors, provide programs, answers questions, and provide funeral services information
May serve as pallbearer
May drive families to cemetery site
Following services, removal, cleaning, and proper storage of company property as well as packaging, loading, or delivery of family mementos, keepsakes, and flowers
Office Assistance
Courteously answer phones, screen callers, and take ‘first call' information
Notify staff members when appointments arrive and escort guests to appropriate room
Maintain reception area and refreshments including making coffee, disposing of trash, replenishing supplies, and straightening, cleaning, or vacuuming
Review a variety of documents for accuracy
Data entry of document information into proprietary systems
Receive deliveries
Make copies, scan, fax, fold/prepare memorial materials, and perform other mailroom task
Driver and vehicle maintenance
Transport, pick up, and deliver documents, family mementos, flowers, and similar articles safely to destination that may include family's residence, care center, or funeral home
May transport the deceased to funeral home
Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles to ensure vehicle is presentable
Fuels vehicles as necessary; following safety guidelines and expenditure processes

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Concessions Attendants to join our team and help deliver an exceptional fan experience at Benchmark Internaional Arena. In this role, you will be the face of our concessions operations, responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and handle food and beverage transactions with a positive attitude will contribute directly to memorable event experiences for our fans.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for every guest. The Attendant will operate the Point of Sale system/cash register and collect money for purchased food and beverage items. The Concessions Attendant must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.50-$15.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting guests and taking orders for food and beverage products.
Responsible for preparing simple foods and beverages utilizing the company recipes and portion standards. Maintain the highest quality standards and portion consistency.
Responsible for accepting payment from guests and making change as necessary.
Responsible for keeping the work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards.
Responsible for memorizing the product menu available at each concession location.
Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of the event.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Additional duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/ormanagement staff for the successful outcome of an event or customer service situation.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.

JOB SUMMARY
Assist members and customers in the golf shop area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.
Registers golfers for their tee times, checks in customers, takes payment and assigns golf carts. Maintains accurate logs.
Assist members/customers with merchandise questions courteously and professionally.
Cash out members/customers and monitor the front counter.
Stock, tag and display merchandise on golf shop floor ensuring all merchandise is neatly arranged and restocked to proper level.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pro shop and assists with cleaning golf carts when necessary.
Handle customer service request of members in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintains neat, well groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always.
Assists with the step up of tournament, league or other golf events.
Assist with merchandise inventory when needed.
Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.
Performs additional assignments per the direction of the club or Company managers.
Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
