About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success leader with a growth mindset to help lead and coach a new generation of managers and CSMs supporting our Strategic segment with our highest value customers.
You will help improve every facet of the team: coaching to up-level customer engagements, create and refine team- and company-wide processes, spearheading growth initiatives, and driving retention and account health. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to make sure we are doing everything possible to retain and grow some of our largest customer relationships as we're transforming into a multi-product company.

Lead and scale a team of 25 CSMs and managers who support our Strategic customer segment, managing $180M ARR.
Manage, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers who have deep industry experience with the aim of maximizing customer retention and happiness in our Strategic segment
Partner with regional Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services leadership to deliver exceptional post-sale experience and outcomes for customers
Design and drive strategic improvements to scale processes, services, and systems to enable the team to exceed adoption, retention, and growth objectives
Implement new processes and operations vital to scaling the team and executing on results
Be a thought leader and establish executive relationships with key customers to ensure we are multi-threaded
Create a culture of accountability and execution through data driven strategies
Work with the internal executive team (CEO, Head of Product, VPs of CS, Sales, Marketing, Design) to translate customer feedback into specific product requirements
Your Expertise
MarTech background with hands-on experience in Email and SMS highly preferred
Excelled in a CS/AM role (preferably at a marketing/software company or startup)
5-7+ years prior leadership experience
A natural leader and passionate coach who inspires his/her team to elevate performance

About the RoleWe are looking for a driven candidate to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first-responder for Attentive's entire customer base, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and helping to reduce and remove friction between our customer and their use of the platform. This role is the face of our product experience and delivers the most outstanding product support in the industry.
This role requires a special combination of high-level professional communication skills, and the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. Troubleshoot technical platform issues
Advise our customer on best-practices with the Attentive platform and its use cases

Act as first line of defense for triaging & debugging platform health issues
Exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience

Your Expertise
1+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

About the RoleAs a Senior IT Support Associate, you'll serve as the primary IT contact for our New York City office. About the RoleThe Product Analytics team is at the forefront of Attentive innovation, measuring results and delivering insight on new AI products. We are looking for a Product Analyst to be the resident expert on Attentive AI, as well as other products. Product analysts at Attentive are strategic thought partners to the Product Management organization and Strategy teams. About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced customer success person to join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager. You will take ownership of relationships with our Strategic clients and lead their program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion. You will run all facets of their acquisition and messaging program and own the customer relationship at strategic goal alignment during implementation and moving through every part of the client lifecycle, working in close coordination with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and New Product Specialists to provide maximum value for your customers, while retaining and growing revenue for Attentive.

You will have the latitude and autonomy to navigate the technical and strategic aspects of your relationship with the customers and be trusted to represent Attentive at in-person meetings and functions, happy hours, and events. What You'll Accomplish
Gain the confidence of and cement relationships with customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the account including: goal-setting, value delivery, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
Work independently to deliver a “consultant” perspective in all customer interactions
Regularly lead and present at customer meetings, both in-person and over video conference
Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts, and to have complete visibility into renewal pipeline; identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
Lead discussions with customers to probe what new products they are interested in and what integrations they might need, and translate customer feedback into specific product requirements
Your Expertise
5+ years of CS or Account Management experience required (ideally at a marketing/software company)
Strong understanding of growth and retention techniques and strategies
Previously have worked closely with engineering and product teams to define requirement and implement solutions
Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools)

About the RoleAttentive is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join our high performing sales organization! As an Account Executive, you will help identify, engage, and close new business, as part of our core Mid Market team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell multiple products and to make a big impact on top company-wide business initiatives. Build Attentive's Mid Market client base and be responsible for selling multiple products (SMS, Email, AI)
Target prospective customers at the C-suite and VP/Director level Marketing contacts

Prepare, present, and close new business through virtual and in person meetings
Effectively work cross-functionally with other teams, including SDRs, Sales Engineers, Solutions Associates, and Customer Success
Your Expertise
At least 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive sales person
Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or startup preferred
This role requires a strong outbound motion and the ability to self-source roughly 1/3 of your pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding quota, with references
Experience managing the sales cycle across Salesforce.com or other CRM

About the RoleAttentive Mobile is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis that will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
