The Attentive partnerships team is seeking our first strategic hire in Partnerships in the EMEA market, after experiencing significant growth within our organization and department in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated, well-connected, and versatile partnership manager, who will be solely focused on building strategic alliances with the best agency, technology and consulting partners in the industry - and exciting those partners on the possibilities of text message marketing for their customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technology, specifically within CRM, marketing automation, or broader DTC messaging space, and have experience working across both agencies and technology organizations. Attentive's partner ecosystem is a significant part of Attentive's success and growth strategy, and we expect to continue to carry the success into the EMEA market.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain a deep understanding of Attentive's solution and be able to articulate its value to partners and their customers Build and manage a tactical plan with a specific portfolio of partners Own relationships at all levels of partner organizations with the goal of driving as much qualified business as possible into Attentive's sales pipeline Proactively source and support co-selling opportunities with partners Provide agency partners with ongoing sales and product enablement training Work with corresponding Sales team members assigned to partner sourced opportunities to ensure seamless co-selling and accurate tracking Identify and develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead generation opportunities Work with Marketing team to support these GTM opportunities Network at local/virtual partner events

Skills & Qualifications3+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales within the DTC marketing technology, eCommerce technology, or CRM technology Strong business acumen and a track record of carrying and exceeding quota Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly-organized with acute attention to details Ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams and prioritize competing projects Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others in both speech and writing Intelligent, persistent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong skills with Google Docs and Salesforce CRM is a plus Openness to coaching and training

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to seamlessly integrate with our SVP, General Counsel and the rest of the Legal team. You will provide administrative help to our SVP, allowing him to focus on the most important tasks at hand. The role presents the opportunity to see the inner workings of a fast growing, successful company at the highest level and provide key support to ensure the continuation of this growth.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support on oftentimes complex or confidential matters including, but not limited to: arranging travel plans and itineraries, setting agendas, organizing note-taking during internal and external meetings, and sending follow up items Help to prep and setup for important internal and external gatherings (i.e., meetings with partners, clients, and other key stakeholders) Maintain and own the SVP, General Counsel's calendar, serving as gatekeeper for incoming meetings and speaking engagement requests Assist in prioritizing daily tasks Oversee ad hoc special projects to align team members with organizational goals Support Legal team projects, and manage the progress of the resulting action items and to-dos Organize team-wide meetings, activities, etc.

Skills & Qualifications3-5 years work experience, ideally with 1-2 years in an executive assistant capacity Experience working at a high-growth startup Strong writing skills, with consistent attention to detail in composing and proofing written materials Ability to remain organized, proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure, and react with flexibility to shifting priorities and deadlines High degree of professionalism in working with executives both internally and externally Experience managing multiple projects at once -- across different tech platforms, time-zones, and teams Strong project management skills and experience supporting senior executives in aligning cross-functional teams to organizational goals
