The pros of working at ATTIC was the reward in helping the residents.

There are too many too list. Management was horrible never wanting to work never holding residents accountable and turning staff against each other as well as residents against staff. She was very manipulative and lied about everything. She never wanted to work and would call and text staff's phones all day.

The residents that would open up and being able to walk them through not so great moments.

I never met the CEO however the SHS house supervisor for the Wausau house is absolutely not fit for the job. She never wants to work, doesn't train her employee's, never communicates she does one thing and says another hoping staff won't get along.

Change in management and knowledgeable staff that know and care about what they are doing because this was a new program and I see it failing miserably.

I was over qualified and went above and beyond only to be taken advantage of.

Doesn't pay well however the job is rewarding with the right support and people that actually care about the job.

The way the SHS house in wausau is represented is trash and the residents think it's a joke thanks to management.

Helping people get through hard times. Residents are still freshly sober and have some kind of past trauma listening and helping them through that rough moment even if it's only one small win that they didn't use or run was rewarding. Sadly the staff in Wausau don't care and don't respect them.
