Diving Into the Values at Attivio
The Guiding Light
The Culture at Attivio
Ambition Creates Room to Grow
Attivio has definitely done a good job of creating a positive and interactive culture. One of the ways they do this is by following their company values closely during the hiring process. The company knows that their values may not align with everyone, and they make that known from the start. But the people that they do align with fit in perfectly.
The company plans events to get employees engaged and active in their community. Attivians do a multitude of things ranging from charity runs to happy hours.
Going right along with the company's values as well, Attivio puts an emphasis on empowering its employees towards autonomy and ownership of their work. Dorit Zilbershot, who held roles such as Chief Product Officer and VP of Product Management and R&D, said, "You want to create a place where people are empowered to propose new ideas and are motivated to excel from within." And that's just what Attivio does.
The Office at Attivio
In the Heart of New England
Attivio was previously located in the Downtown Boston area but recently relocated operations to the outskirts of the city. Not only is the new office location only a short drive to one of the country's greatest and most historic cities, but it's also only a short drive to some of the prettiest countryside that New England has to offer. In fact, it's less than a half hours drive away from the famous Walden Pond, and other National and State Historic Parks and Monuments.
The office itself has a stocked kitchen and is close to several great area restaurants and cafes.

The Interview at Attivio
The interview process with Attivio is a pretty standard, straightforward one. The initial contact will likely be in the form of a phone call from a recruiter. Your interest level will be gauged here and the recruiter will definitely ask you about your experience/qualifications. This is a good chance to get your foot in the door. Because they really want people that align with company values and are cultural fits, these interviews could be difficult.
After the initial phone screen, you may have one more with a manager in the department you are applying for and then it will move along to on-site interviews. There could be either 1 or 2 on-sites. Your applicable skills will be tested (software engineers will have a coding test while salespeople might have a behavioral exam or something similar). The whole process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
