Summary

A leading AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Business & Transactions team in either Phoenix or Scottsdale, Arizona.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients and advising on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts
Handle entity formation, governance, and compliance documentation
Lead or assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence
Advise clients on operating agreements, purchase and supply agreements, and other transactional needs
Represent clients in complex business negotiations
Contribute to business development efforts (preferred but not required)
