Key Responsibilities
Litigations & Claims Management:
Manage and coordinate litigation, administrative actions, and claims with outside counsel.

Draft and review municipal bid and contract compliance, including renewals, performance reporting, and amendment tracking

The Successful Candidate Will Bring:

The Assistant General Counsel - Pharmaceutical Distribution will be responsible for providing exceptional legal advice and guidance to the Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution segment business clients.
