**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The Attorney Auditor reviews legal and non-legal invoices on behalf of our clients for services provided to insurance carriers, corporate legal departments and government entities. The auditor will apply client specified billing guidelines and/or Generally Accepted Principles and Standards ("GAPS").

**The opportunity:**

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drafting/updating and negotiation of client facing Technology & Managed Services Agreements, including advising on contractual strategy and risk, and keeping up to date with relevant legal developments
+ Advising on key legal risks associated with the technology underpinning Managed Services Agreements
+ Collaborating closely with other members of the US GCO as well as local counsel in other EY member firms

**To qualify, candidates must have:**

+ Experience developing contracting templates, playbooks and standards

Requirements
* JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus
* Strong academic and professional background
