The Practice
The role offers substantive exposure across a broad immigration platform, including:
Business immigration matters such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, and EB-1

Limited exposure to humanitarian matters, including asylum, as part of a broader practice
Legal research and writing on complex statutory, regulatory, and policy issues
