Your Job Description Develop foundational and comprehensive estate plans for clients to include in-person and virtual client meetings, phone calls, correspondence, research, and document drafting; Pursue business development opportunities with potential referral sources and individual clients; Review and update established estate plans, defining the best course of action; Partner with the legal team to compile client business plans; Assist with buy-sell agreements, LLC formation, and operating agreements; and Work collaboratively as an important member of the attorney team, assisting as needed. Role Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensure from local bar association; and 2 to 5 years of law firm experience.
