Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Negotiate settlements and engage in the mediation process. Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Texas bar. Minimum of 2 years, maximum of 10 years of experience in litigation or a strong desire and aptitude to learn litigation. You must have strong persuasive writing skills. Strong motivation and a desire to be a great attorney. Strong advocacy and negotiation capabilities. Competency with MS Word and Acrobat. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation technology. Preferred Skills: Experience with specific software or legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Trial experience or significant exposure to courtroom proceedings.
