Under the same ownership since 1983, consistency of Attronica's ownership and growth is unique in this dynamic industry.

Co-Founder of Attronica, Member of the Board of Directors, and Corporate SecretaryCarol Cornwell has been active in Attronica since 1987 as a member of the Board of Directors and as Senior Vice President, and as Chief Quality Officer.
Sadeghi joined Attronica in 1998 to expand Attronica’s division of MIS and Software Engineering in the area of software development and web design and development.
Cornwell has retired as of October 2021 and now contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors.
