Purpose of Position
The Market Research Analyst, Senior will support the Market Research department's efforts to know the Owner and provide the Voice of the Customer to the business. The Market Research Analyst, Senior will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing internal and external research efforts to support a variety of business areas. The Market Research Analyst, Senior will be responsible for determining the best research methodology for each project, for incorporating best practices throughout the projects, and for presenting results to all levels of the organization. They also will be expected to generate ideas for relevant studies that were not specifically requested, but could be valuable to the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Purpose of Position
The Maintenance Controller is responsible for managing mechanical irregularities and planning for the accomplishment of all unscheduled maintenance activities. Identify and execute logistical arrangements that require advanced planning. Provide assistance to International Trip Planners as required.
Through a comprehensive understanding of the NetJets sales products, provide international estimates for Owner trip reservations or inquiries. Act as a company-wide subject matter expert on Owner Products international fees, and the ferry waiver program.
Point of contact and subject matter expert for potential and current Owner inquiries and scenario reviews.
