The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and is based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred. 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on recruiting/talent acquisition. HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, aPHR, PHRca). Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
