Usually, au pairs don't need a college education. The most common degree for au pairs is bachelor's degree with 72% graduates, with only 10% au pair graduates earning associate degree. Au pairs who decided to graduate from college often finish James Madison University or Florida State University. Some good skills to have in this position include quality childcare, household chores and child care.
