Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Essential Functions
Operates a tractor-trailer on a 1.7 mile test track to support pavement research in a controlled environment and to support autonomous vehicle studies in both closed road and open road environments requiring precise maneuvers at times to safely simulate emergency reactions of automated systems.
Operates tractor-trailers to support vehicle component testing and fuel economy studies. Tractor-trailers can have a gross vehicle weight up to 156,000 pounds and can include up to three trailers.
Monitors operational changes that occur while operating the vehicle and communicate these with the trucking supervisor and/or track engineer. Ensures all freightliners are properly fueled.
Constructs test track placing roadbed materials by operating road construction equipment, such as: smooth wheeled rollers, sheep's foot rollers, flat bed dump trucks, and front-end loaders.
Ensures pavement test sections must be constructed to research-grade specifications and precision well beyond those used on public roads.
Under guidance of the NCAT Engineer, performs data collection in the lab using industry-standard procedures to include asphalt mixture production and testing such as sample fabrication, density testing, separation of mixture components, and verification of gradation and binder contents.
Under guidance of the NCAT Engineer, performs data collection on-track using industry-standard procedures to include nuclear and electronic density testing, friction testing, sample extraction "coring", deformation "rutting" measurements, retro reflectivity, and albedo.
May perform minor and basic construction to the test track on an as needed basis and under direct supervision.

* Evaluates, interprets, negotiates and applies federal, sponsor, and University policies and regulations to determine acceptable conditions of awards including such areas as conflict of interest, export control, intellectual property, indemnity, governing law, cost principles, data and information security requirements, human subjects, animal subjects and lab safety while referring relevant matters to the appropriate University office and/or personnel (i.e., General Counsel, The Office of Research Compliance, the Office of Research Security Compliance, The Intellectual Property Exchange, the Office of Risk Management, the Office of Audit, Compliance & Privacy, the Office of International Programs, and Contracts and Grants Accounting).
* Manages and facilitates for a specific team within OSP award change requests including rebudgeting, pre-award costs, carryover of unobligated balances, and no-cost-extensions and assists with the acquisition, management, and reporting for sponsor-funded equipment and materials while maintaining records and titles through the lifecycle of a sponsored award.
* Provides regulatory guidance to faculty, administrative units, and staff ensuring compliance with and adherence to relevant laws and regulations governing sponsored research while building trust and providing efficient and effective service to diverse constituents both internally and externally.
* Maintains proficiency in interpreting and applying federal regulations governing sponsored programs including 2 CFR 200, the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, standard federal research terms and conditions, and other agency-specific requirements. Remains current with developments in university-sponsored contracting and research administration through participation in professional development activities such as attendance at professional meetings and in-house webinars and other informational sessions.
* Assists with the development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, tools, and resources based on the changing regulatory environment.
* Delivers scheduled and ad hoc training for staff within the Office of Sponsored Programs. Trains incoming staff on matters originating within a specific team, including training on contract review and negotiation and proposal and solicitation review and preparation. Reviews and updates training materials in concert with developments in the field and feedback from the Associate Director. Provides direct supervision for the workload, development, and training of the Sponsored Programs Officers under the assigned academic units.
* Exercises signature authority for non-financial matters as delegated by the SVP, Research & Economic Development.

This is a part-time position. The pay rate is $250 per week. It is anticipated that the job will require about 1 hour of work daily - Sunday through Thursday - anytime between 8pm and 11pm.
NFC Amenity Management is committed to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. As part of our team, you will work at some of the area's most exclusive addresses. The Doorstep Trash Removal Attendant collects and removes the trash from designated areas throughout the specified property, maintaining the cleanliness, order, and appeal of the hallways and common areas within a luxury residential building. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for residents, guests, and staff by delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service. While you will sometimes work alone, you will also work with other members of the building management team and support staff. It's important to always represent yourself and NFC Amenity with the highest quality and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Collect trash and items set aside for recycling, and transport them to the designated areas and containers.
Empty bins should be placed neatly by the Resident's door and left either open or closed, as per the Client's instructions.
If the bin or bag(s) have leaked onto the hallway floor, use the cleaning supplies provided to sanitize the area.
Maintain the cleanliness of specified interior and exterior common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, lounges, fitness centers, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces such as courtyards and rooftops.
Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor or management.
Resident & Guest Services:
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents and visitors.
Work quickly and quietly, staying mindful of hallway noise that can be heard in the living spaces, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests from residents and management.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Use cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with established safety guidelines.
Notify management immediately of any hazards, damage, or emergencies.
