What you will do:
Under the supervision of the DON and/or ADON, the Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
Follows all center infection control and safety measures
Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have:
Active RN or LPN License with no enforcement actions
Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a SNF preferred

St Joseph in Tacoma is looking for 1 Orthopedic Surgeon to cover 2 weeks per month for Level II Trauma center. Details below! • On going coverage up to 2 weeks per month. The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working. • Duration: 6 - 9 months
• Facility: St. Joseph Hospital, 1717 South J St., Tacoma, WA 98405
• Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
• Duties: 2 weeks per month covering the ER 24/7 with dedicated PA support. 3.5 days outpatient clinic(these days are not confirmed, will be three mornings each week, Monday-Friday.)
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures: Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues.
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Hospital support and MA in outpatient clinic

• Deal breakers: Must have 5 years of Level II experience
