Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up. Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager. Participate in store meetings. Be professional in appearance and actions. Perform all other duties as assigned. Collect in-process samples and collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure product compliance. Handle and transfer raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using proper procedures. Respond to alarms, upsets, and emergency situations following plant safety and emergency response protocols. Support preventive maintenance activities and assist with equipment troubleshooting. Work as part of a team to maintain 24/7 operations. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree and/or technical certifications preferred. 1-2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility/production environment/plant operations is highly preferred. Some exposure or experience working with chemicals is a plus, but can be trained for the right person. Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety standards (OSHA, PSM, environmental compliance). Ability to read and interpret SOPs, batch sheets, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
