Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Full Time Pharmacist to join our team at AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care in Wichita, KS. As a pharmacist in our long-term care setting, you will play a pivotal role in providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care to our residents while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will have functions split between consulting and in-house operations. Approximately 20 hours per week are to be dedicated to performance of chart reviews for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and assisted living facilities (ALF). Clinical experience here is strongly preferred, though not required. In addition to regulatory chart reviews, the pharmacist will attend Quality Assurance meetings held by and at the facility at least quarterly, and narcotic destruction at the facility will need performed periodically. Whatever hours remain once those obligations are fulfilled, the pharmacist will participate in workflow within the pharmacy itself, dispensing medications to our long-term care patients. Sterile compounding is occasionally needed, and experience here is preferred, though not required - training can be done upon hire.

AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy has an opening for a dedicated professional to join our team. Located in Wichita, KS, our closed-door pharmacy serves local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. We have an immediate need for an experienced Full-Time Order Entry Pharmacy Technician. Shifts will be scheduled on evenings & weekends.
This position requires reviewing and entering prescription orders from a variety of sources, answering and triaging phone calls, refilling prescriptions and working with pharmacy staff to provide timely and accurate medication delivery. Our patients reside in long-term care and assisted living communities and there is little direct patient communication. Data entry is a dynamic work environment that requires focus and attention to detail. Several years of experience is preferred. You must already be licensed as KS Pharmacy Technician as well as being certified with either PTCB or ExCPT.

AuBurn Pharmacy is excited to announce a career opportunity for a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge (Pharmacy Manager) at our Lindsborg, KS store! Store hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.
This position will focus on all aspects of retail pharmacy including: order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations. This requires someone who is open to innovation, outgoing, assertive, great at multi-tasking, customer focused, detail-oriented and someone who has leadership skills including people management and excellent communication skills. Experience with leading a small retail team and pharmacy management is preferred.
