JOB SUMMARY:
This is a boot on the ground, customer focused position that works closely with local farmers, municipalities, farming organizations, papermills, and the Wisconsin DNR to ensure compliancy of land applications. This position will work closely with Synagro operations with coordinating delivery of papermill residuals in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you will need excellent planning and time management skills as well as a good understanding of land sourcing, permitting, nutrient management and land mapping.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage existing land base inventory and procure additional land base to meet operational requirements and provide strategic growth for the business.
Prepare permit applications and NMP's as needed for land application sites. This may include soil, mill residuals, and biosolids sampling; analytical interpretation and waste characterization; geo-mapping services; interpretation of soil, tax and topographical maps; and review and interpretation of applicable regulations to determine land base acceptability and compliant product use.
Facilitate compliance and provide information as needed for all regulatory and permit requirements including, but not limited to, frequent monitoring and reporting as required by the WI Department of Natural Resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, farmers, and environmental regulatory agencies.
Contact farmers by phone and in-person to establish a new land base.
Provide support to Synagro Operations for pick-up, delivery, and land application of mill residuals and biosolids.
Participate in professional and agricultural organizations as assigned.
Provide technical information and serve as a brand advocate/ambassador to farmers, regulatory agencies, municipalities, clients, and the public.
Perform work in a safe manner while recognizing safety hazards and improving processes/procedures.
Effective time management and logistical planning.
Must be a team player and be able and willing to work extended hours during busy seasonal times.

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Workers in Auburndale, WI. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds(50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.

Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.

ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Auxiliary (Process) Operator to join our Production team! Our Port Edwards Plant is looking for a hardworking, safety-minded, individual to join its Production Team! Under supervision of the Chief Operator, the Auxiliary Operator operates and controls equipment in the plant and facility brine systems (NaCl and KCl). The brine systems are integrated with a chlorine electrolyzer operation, so portions of the brine systems are OSHA PSM covered processes. Production Operators are responsible for monitoring and adjusting equipment operation to produce high-quality products. These positions are full time, 12-hour shift work and every other weekend off. All operators are expected to work overtime when required.
The Role:
Completes all requirements of the On-boarding program within 60 days.
Completes initial operator training packets for KCl Brine, NaCl Brine and Environmental Control plant in a timely manner
Using a round log sheet, walk the systems and record process conditions.
Inspect pumps, seal water flow, saturator voids, salt flow, gauges, tank levels and agitators.
Look for leaks, abnormalities, using all your senses; see, hear, smell, touch (caution PPE).
The ability to write service orders in E1 (JD Edwards) for things needing repair.
Make minor repairs; change fittings, hoses, stop leaks, tighten flanges.
Safely collect required samples.
Properly test samples in the lab
Record both on paper and electronic copies.
Adjust the system to keep results within parameters listed in Process control manual.
Follows operating procedures when shutting down and starting up systems.
Follow SOPs when preparing systems for Maintenance work.
Understand the lock out policy and how to use a lockbox checklist for equipment isolation.
Work with experienced operators during main plant outages.
Test alarms, automatic and manual controls for proper operations.
Using hard and electronic copies of operation manuals, P&IDs, and procedures increases your understanding of the systems independently.

Understands fully the environmental rules and regulations related to the entire production process.
Becomes certified in HAZWPOR, CPR, and First Aid.
Under supervision of the Chief Operator, the auxiliary operator controls equipment in both brine systems (NaCL & KCl) as well as the waste treatment plant.
Operator Auxiliary I, alongside an experienced operator, will begin training in the brine area. The operator will be assigned their initial brine operator training packets in ERCO U, which they must finish within three to four months. After that, they will start training in the environmental control plant, where they will also be given a training packet, which they must finish within six months of their hire date. The operator will be deemed qualified and capable of working alone with little help once they have finished the training materials and have a thorough understanding of their duties.
Brine systems (NaCl & KCl) are monitored by Auxiliary Operators through two system wide rounds, conducted twice per shift. The operator will be looking for proper equipment functions, flows, leaks, unusual sounds smells or vibrations, and setpoints. A sample collection of hazardous chemicals, brine and brine muds will be collected, tested and recorded two times per shift and adjustments made to keep processes in the target range. The brine systems are integrated with chlorine electrolyzer operation, so portions of the brine systems are considered OSHA PSM covered processes.
Auxiliary Operators operate the Environmental Control Plant by treating plant wide wastewater and brine muds. Operators monitor fumes scrubbers for various vessels. Environmental control plant operators understand requirements to discharge liquid to the effluent. The finished liquids are regulated by RCRA, the DNR and others.

The Pathologists' Assistant is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient operation in the areas of gross description and dissection of surgical tissues, submission of specimens for histologic examination and other laboratory testing, submission of tissue for research, assisting with postmortem examination to include dissection of tissues and dictation of case information. Performs 1-2 autopsies per year. Additional responsibilities include photography, attend tumor board and other cancer conferences, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), and medical coding.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Completion of a nationally recognized Pathologists' Assistant Training Program leading to a Bachelor or Master of Health Science Degree.

Responsibilities:

We have various sports and programming available throughout the year for kids age 3 through elementary school. This position is responsible for teaching fundamentals of the game, enforcing rules and regulations during games, and emphasizing good sportsmanship and enjoyment of the sport. Additional responsibilities include game preparation and maintaining a safe environment.
