Pros of working at AUDIENCEX

Salary and hardworking colleagues.

Cons of working at AUDIENCEX

Senior leadership, especially the CEO, is overall so incompetent and lacks integrity. They do not mind lying to clients and employees for revenue. So many clients choose to terminate their contracts only after a few months because they realize that the CEO lied straight to their faces about the company's capabilities. Also, the CEO treats his employees poorly, humiliating them in front of clients in meetings sometimes. Many people here work terribly long hours because the majority of the clients are too demanding and the CEO would not let anyone set reasonable boundaries with them. The CEO goes after low-hanging fruits (e.g., struggling small businesses or startups with very arrogant C-Suites) who want everything without paying much, which the CEO allows just to appease them. The company is probably going under - all because of the poor decisions by the CEO, who lacks relevant industry and leadership experience.

AUDIENCEX benefits

I can't think of any. The health insurance plan was expensive and not comprehensive. Because of the crazy workload, not many people could benefit from the unlimited PTO benefit.

What do you like best about AUDIENCEX's CEO and the leadership team?

I don't like the CEO and leadership at all. The CEO is a terrible person and the leadership is a bunch of 'yes' people. The head of HR is lazy and lies a lot to save his and the CEO's faces.

How would you improve AUDIENCEX's culture?

Replace the entire senior leadership team with competent people.

How does your compensation at AUDIENCEX compare to the industry average?

Above average but that's because no one would tolerate the horrible experience at this company for lower salaries. Even with the above-industry-average salaries, the work at this company should not be tolerated.

What's the diversity at AUDIENCEX like?

It's predominantly white, which I don't personally have any issues with as long as they are qualified to perform their responsibilities.

What brings you the most joy at AUDIENCEX?

Nothing at this company brings joy.
