**JOB SUMMARY**
Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems. Ensure AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. Tape down and dress all loose wire and cable. Label any broken equipment and communicate problems to manager/supervisor. Check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order. Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to manager/supervisor. Operate and maintain house audio system. Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals. Break-down, remove, and secure equipment. Read, understand, and adhere to Marriott Visual Productions (MVP program) SOP book.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Circuit Media is seeking to fill an Audio/Visual Communications position in Glynco, GA. A current Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.
This position offers a wide variety of duties, perfect for the candidate who likes all facets of visual communications.
Responsibilities include:
Media Content Developer: You must produce high-quality, low-cost audio/video recordings in support of the organization's training, advertising and recruiting initiatives. The successful candidate will provide full production services, live production, script writing, photography, graphic and art direction, and podcast production and post production. Computer systems utilized will be Macs and the main software used for video processing will be Final Cut Pro X. Adobe Captivate will also be used for additional content creation. All audio/video content created by you is owned by the government and must only be repurposed beyond the contract at the government's discretion and written approval.
Production Planning: Prior to the recording of each video, you will present a video concept, script, and plan to the government PM for review and approval. Upon approval of the proposed concept and script, you'll deliver a production plan within three business days. Following the approval of the production plan, you'll record the video content within 5 working days or under an agreed upon schedule.
Processing: You'll process all content with final deliverables to include a combination of media, including video, still images, and audio to be accessed interactively. The digital electronic recordings are to be made available and viewed from a shared website within the organization. The multimedia will consist of linear active content which is intended to progress without any navigational control for the viewer.
Podcast:. You'll also be responsible for creating and producing podcasts for the organization. Podcasts are expected to be an episodic series of spoken word digital audio files that a user can access. The podcasts should feature a host engaged in a discussion about a particular topic or current events supporting command interests. Discussion and content within a podcast can range from carefully scripted to totally improvised conversation.
Micro-Learning Training: You'll be working on media and video processing tasks required for the full development of a skill-based learning and education which deals with relatively small learning units. The organization's micro-learning training involves short term focused strategies especially designed for skill based understanding, learning, and education.
Post Production: You will be required to perform all post production tasks to include editing raw audio and video footage, cutting scenes, special effects, etc. In some cases, a video or audio may need to be re-recorded to capture the intended message. You must edit and finalize, in coordination with the government PM, audio/ video recordings and post to the video library within 5 working days.
Virtual Reality: You must also assist in exploring the possibility of using the virtual reality technology to enhance student learning and engagement. Virtual learning may be utilized for onsite training as well as distance learning environments where virtual reality training may be used to bridge the gap between educators and learners.
Video Library: Finally, you'll be responsible for the development of media content, organization and maintenance of a video library. The library will consist of short videos capturing current technical training procedures. The videos are intended to be brief and capture a micro-learning concept. Completed audio/videos will be stored on a government SharePoint website or other applications maintained by the organization.
Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal), be customer service focused, and a team player.
