TEAM is seeking an entry level Remote Visual Inspection Technician to join our Remote Visual Inspection team. This position entails the skilled use of robotic camera systems at power generation, process chemical and refining facilities. Once properly trained, the RVI Technician will travel to clients' sites and utilize a wide array of video borescopes and robotic camera systems to inspect critical assets.

All fellows participate in the WiDS Datathon hosted on Kaggle, choosing to work individually or in small teams.

The February Hackathon serves as the central applied experience of the term, culminating in Kaggle submissions and recognition for top-performing teams.

Break Through Tech is seeking AI Studio Coaches (Standard WiDS Track) to guide and support undergraduate fellows through the Spring 2026 AI Studio. Coaches will foster engagement, facilitate community, and provide light-touch technical and professional guidance during the WiDS Datathon and monthly Maker Days.
This is a fully remote role requiring flexible evening and weekend availability to support national program events. Each Coach will be assigned a case load of approximately 100 fellows, serve as a primary point of contact for questions, and lead community-building and mentorship activities across Slack, Zoom, and program events.

Fellow Support & Engagement (40%)
Facilitate 45-60 minute breakout activities on topics aligned with the WIDS Datathon.

We have a variety of prep roles available, depending on your experience - look below to see what you'll be doing to help us get our low-mileage, late-model cars ready for our customers:
* Entry-Level Prepper (min 1 year professional experience): perform light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, single panel repair (including Bondo repair), and minor plastic welding
* Mid-Level Prepper (min 3-5 years professional experience): perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, stud welding, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair)
* Experienced Prepper (min 5 years professional experience): train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including plastic welding, metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and stud welding

General qualifications and requirements
* Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
* Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
* An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
* Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
