If you are looking for a career that can pay competitively and keep you moving and requires time out of the office daily, you may be well-suited for this position. Installation Technicians deliver and install products for the end consumer, which can include large appliances, electronics, audio/video equipment, beds, furniture, etc. The technician must help maintain their assigned vehicle, load and unload product safely and impress our customers with excellent customer service. We ask that you come prepared to become a highly trained customer service representative dealing with all sorts of consumer encounters. Patience is a must have for this position. Hours vary depending on the number of deliveries that need to be completed on any given day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people daily and has basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle inspection, and the physical stamina/ability to perform the job (lift 50-100+ pounds, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Always provides the highest level of customer service
Ensures safe and on-time delivery of products to customers
Loading and unloading products
Troubleshooting different situations like product, vehicles & customers concerns
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
Great personal hygiene is a must. Uniform shirts provided but must be maintained
