Join our Audiology Services team as an Audiologist and make an impact at four of the Scripps Health Clinics. You will work with a team of four other Audiologists to collaborate with related departments as you service patients of all ages. From working with newborns to geriatrics, we are searching for someone who is dedicated to serving each patients’ individual needs while contributing positively to this tight-knit team.

The Audiologist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education to patients and clients through a continuum of care according to the therapist's respective licensure. The Audiologist must be knowledgeable in in the Performance of Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR), Electronystagmography (ENG), Electrocochleography (ECoG), Tympanometry, and Audiological Evaluations. Provide hearing aid/instrument dispensing, including selection, fitting, ongoing management with follow-up, and education for Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants and Bone Anchored hearing devices.

This is a full time position with 8 hour shifts M-F and is primarily based at the Scripps Clinic in Del Mar and Encinitas.

• Maintain an active Hearing Aid Dispensing License in accordance with state requirements.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience; previous experience in dispensing hearing products and
providing patient care in an Audiology/dispensing practice. In lieu of two years of experience, demonstrated previous
experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
• Ability to communicate test results and interpret and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients.
• Technically savvy with computer and systems including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite specifically word
and excel.
