I have a passion for technology and have been fortunate to spend the last 25 years marketing exciting B2B technology and SaaS businesses, ranging from Fortune 500 to early-stage companies. The past 20 years I’ve been helping early-stage and growth-stage software firms challenge the market and grow rapidly. Currently, I’m honored to serve as Chief Marketing Officer at AuditBoard. Prior to AuditBoard, I spent 4.5 years leading marketing and growth strategies for Mavenlink, helping the award-winning company to grow exponentially over that period. Prior to Mavenlink, I led marketing and sales development at Velocify, a fast-growing leader in the sales technology industry, helping the company re-position and grow significantly prior to acquisition. I also spent 10+ years building and leading the global marketing efforts of HireRight, helping take the company from start-up to successful IPO and $300 million-plus global market leader.Earlier in my career, I held product marketing, marketing communications, public relations, digital, and demand generation roles at software start-ups Versada Networks and Access360 (acquired by IBM), and public technology companies Rainbow Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Safenet) and MicroAge, Inc. Harding joined AuditBoard after five years at SailPoint, where he led corporate finance and FP&A and investor relations and was instrumental in executing the company’s successful 2017 IPO. Prior to SailPoint, Harding held multiple leadership roles in finance, operations, and corporate development at RetailMeNot through rapid growth stages and an IPO. Previously he was a growth equity investor at Austin Ventures, a venture capital and growth equity firm, as well as an investment banker at Citigroup.

Chris Doell is the Chief Customer Officer at AuditBoard. Chris Doell has an extensive background in helping customers maximize the value of their products at scale, having most recently served as Head of Global Customer Success, Cloud Security at Cisco, where he scaled the team from 20 to 200+ as revenue grew from $30M to over $400M. Prior to joining Cisco as part of its acquisition of OpenDNS, Chris led the global customer success team at Zenprise, helping that organization scale from early stage to over 1500 enterprise customers and acquisition by Citrix.

Tom Schmit is the Chief Revenue Officer at AuditBoard. Prior to joining AuditBoard, Tom Schmit served as Chief Revenue Officer for AppDynamics, a division inside Cisco, where he led and scaled a global team of over one thousand people. During his time at AppDynamics, he was instrumental in driving annual recurring revenue growth from less than $50M to more than $500M. Before his tenure at AppDynamics, Tom rose through BMC's sales leadership ranks over 5 years post the acquisition of BladeLogic, where he first had exposure to GRC offerings while becoming well versed in the art and science of enterprise platform sales.
