In this vital role, you will lead and coordinate payroll operations for our organization of 5,000+ employees. You'll supervise and mentor our Payroll Staff, ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations, and play a key role in employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Payroll Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across multiple legal entities using UKG payroll software
* Supervise, coach, and evaluate payroll staff; delegate and prioritize responsibilities for team success
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including tax filings and reconciliations
* Develop and maintain procedures that meet internal/external requirements
* Perform general ledger payroll entries, reconciliations, and year-end processes
* Oversee setup of new companies and organizational structures in the payroll system
* Conduct internal audits, resolve discrepancies, and support pension audits and testing
* Provide leadership in evaluating payroll policy, software enhancements, and interdepartmental process improvements
* Handle complex payroll inquiries and partner with HR and Finance for issue resolution
Payroll Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources (preferred)
* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credential (preferred)
* 3-5 years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experience required
* Prior experience supervising payroll teams required
* Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
* Familiarity with UKG Ready/Dimensions or similar HCM payroll platforms

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
* Implement and schedule a preventive maintenance program.
* Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
* Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
* Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job-related instructions.
* Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
* Complete snow removal.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Willing to train those with good mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC preferred, but not required.
* Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
* Must be available to work on-call as needed.
* Able to make repairs inside and outside of building, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, replace light bulbs, filters, etc.
* Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.
* Able to assist with maintaining our building - painting, replace light bulbs, disassembles, and assemble items.
* Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
* Must be able to work independently.

As an Activities Assistant at Lake Ridge Care Center, you will conduct activities with our residents to help keep them informed, entertained, and engaged. We are looking for someone who is skilled at helping get residents out of their rooms for our exciting programs! Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a genuine concern for our residents' well-being and has a creative personality and positive attitude.
Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule
Shift Block Available:
Week 1: Thursday - Friday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM & Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Week 2: Sunday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM & Monday - Tuesday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wage Range: $19 - $20.17 /hour depending on experience
Location: 310 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313
Activities Assistant Responsibilities:
* Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
* Interact and assist residents on a one-to-one basis outside of structured program times.
* Document activity attendance and degree of involvement.
* Act as a positive representative at all times.
* Transport residents to and from activities on bus.
* Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
* Perform other related tasks as needed.
Activities Assistant Qualifications:
* Prior experience in senior care environment or related health care field preferred.
* Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
* Creative aptitude for training in arts, crafts, and games.
* Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
