Pros of working at Augustana College
Wonder colleagues and engaged students. Beautiful campus.
Cons of working at Augustana College
Extremely poor pay, almost nonexistent wages, and benefits that are absolutely atrocious. Look up the 990 tax forms and you'll see that all administrators are well compensated, but faculty are barely making it. You'll never make a livable wage.

I was optimistic about the new president, but their presence hasn't substantially changed anything for the better. The previous provost made terrible decisions that have really painted the college into a corner.
