Position Summary: The Remote Central Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling of patient appointments across our various practice locations. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their scheduling experience. Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
