Job/Assignment Details: Will spend 45min to hour per patient. Ophthalmologist Will be Solo Provider will need laptop to connect to their Web-based documentation system. All needed instruments that will be onsite. No Treatment required, one time evaluation Reason for Coverage: Shortage of providers available to perform these exams Setting: (inpatient/outpatient/mix) Outpatient Start Date: Immediately, once credentialed this provider will be put in the pool to be called upon to perform these exams. The exams come from the VA to LHI and LHI then will ask for the upcoming availability of our provider in order to schedule this exam.
