They only hire temps through various agencies. Aurora pays the staffing agencies $25 an hour but pay us around 18-20 an hour
The boss just yells at you all day long in a hot, dirty, very dusty environment. Every time they dump fertilizer in, the cloiud of smoke makes every cough and tear up and we cant see or breathe and all they say is shut up and dont be a big baby. Every morning after a rain we have to sweep out all the water that floods the building. With fans running and electrical wires we wqere all waiting to be electrocuted. They drive you like slaves. You cannot stop to even wipe sweat off. You have to ask oermission to go to the bathroom like a child or else Anthony the boss sends you home. He sends everyone home. Every day people quit or dont come back.You get two 15 minute breaks that are timed. Same with 30 min lunch. GThe bosses dog runs around the place pissing all over the break room and employees are expected to mop it up. No matter how hard you work its not enough or wrong. The one guhy there who fixes everything was the only nice guy who acted professional and answered questions and helped us.
NO PERKS. You show up, sweat like crazy and get FIILTHY. I am talking filthy. You will be blowing black into a tissue for days. The dirt and dust cant be good and im told OSHA is here all the time.
