The custodian will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities and properties and perform custodial maintenance duties. Our Facilities Division is made up of several programs, including project and facilities management, purchasing, maintenance, safety, and custodial services. The team provides daily support to staff and clients. They believe in assisting our employees and clients to experience comfort and productvity, by maintaining a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing facility while being mindful of costs and efficiencies, one room at a time. Essential Function: Perform general, routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas, and restocking paper and soap supplies. Maintain the exterior appearance of properties by picking up trash and sweeping parking lots. Empty trash receptacles, dispose of trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bag trash for proper disposal. Unlock doors, ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areas. Report needs and concerns to appropriate staff; submit or recommend work orders and check supply levels. Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Perform cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements. May provide vendors with access to areas for cleaning and may answer basic questions. May report issues with vendors to supervisor. May assist in adjusting conference room chairs or furniture for meetings or other similar activities. Promote a safety-oriented culture. Qualifications Requirements: Preferred: High School Diploma/GED. Entry level position - no experience required. Preferred: three to six months' custodial experience. Based at the Arapahoe County Jail, the coordinator will work closely with inmates who screen positive for substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with a focus on high jail utilizers. This role is crucial in helping inmates set recovery goals that align with their justice system requirements, thereby increasing their chances of successful reentry. As part of our supportive Jail-Based Behavioral Health Services (JBBHS) team, you will leverage your strengths and collaborate to enhance the well-being of this nontraditional clientele. Ideal candidates are assertive, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Schedule. This position is fully Onsite/In-person at the Arapahoe County Detention Facility. The Clinical Manager will support and motivate staff on the overnight shift to complete designated tasks and will provide direction to department staff whenever needed. $7,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! + an additional 12% of base pay stipend for Clinical Managers working in a 24/7 program *Sign-on Bonus not eligible for internal employees and re-hired employees within 90 days from separation. This outpatient program provides mental health services to children ages 6-18 and their families, offering both teletherapy and in-person options for all services provided. In this role, you'll deliver individual and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions, while maintaining a minimum of 25 client contact hours per week. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong interpersonal skills, therapeutic expertise, a genuine commitment to their client's well-being, and experience working with children and families for individual, family and group therapy. Additionally, evening availability is required at least two days per week. Salary for this role. Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on experience, licensure, and company equity. Paid bi-weekly. Unlicensed Therapist: $58,480.92 - $80,026.62 per year. Licensed Therapist: $66,512.16 - $91,016.64 per year. Unlicensed Psychologist: $70,010 - $83,473.46 per year. Licensed Psychologist: $99,493.68 - $118,627.08 per year. Bilingual Language Differential Pay. *Rate depends on language requirements for the position and the candidate's fluency. Essential Duties: Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns by providing clinical services, case management, and education. In collaboration with the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure. Conduct diagnostic assessments as well as individual, family, and/or group therapy with assigned clients. Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals. Consult with internal and external professionals and collaterals to ensure access to needed services and proactive coordination of care. Provide clinical case-management services as needed. Provide crisis intervention as appropriate. Provide comprehensive clinical services designed to decrease symptoms and improve quality of life. Assist clients in evaluating strengths and symptoms, and set their own goals. Guide and instruct clients in coping skills. Offer consultation to community partners and providers. Ensure that billing information is up-to-date for assigned clients. Seek insurance authorization for services as required. Write reports and other correspondence, as necessary, and with appropriate releases. Complete all requests to provide the necessary information and undertake the required activities to ensure timely and ongoing credentialing with third party payers. Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the client's care team. Qualifications Requirements: Unlicensed Therapist or Psychologist: Master's or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program that's accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), COAMFTE (Commission on Accreditation for Marriage & Family Therapy Education), or CSWE (Council on Social Work Education). Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit (i.e.; LPCC, PSYC, MFTC, SWC/LSW) within 30 days of hire and actively pursue an independent clinical license (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW). AMHR will provide quality supervision for clinical hours towards licensure at no cost to the employee. Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience providing care to the appropriate client population, including diagnosing, conducting intake assessments, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy. Licensed Therapist or Psychologist: At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy. Professional licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) - or equivalent licensure in another state with the intent to transfer. Colorado Licensure Requirement: If you currently hold an out-of-state license, it is a condition of employment that you obtain the appropriate Colorado licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) within 30 days of your hire date. Fluency in Spanish and English. Able to conduct deep, therapeutic conversations in Spanish. Knowledge of theories and evidence-based practices related to clinical treatment. Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency. Solid understanding of mental illness and treatment modalities within a multidisciplinary approach. Knowledge of DSM-V. Ability to understand and effectively respond to all client presentations and crisis situations. Ability to document interactions with clients, other agencies, and mental health professionals.
